Grilled plums with berries

Preparation:

In a large bowl, combine 4 tablespoons melted butter, 2 tablespoons thinly sliced candied ginger and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Add 3-4 halved plums and toss to combine. Arrange the plums cut-side up on a sheet of foil, sprinkle with 1 cup of raspberries and/or blackberries, wrap, and grill over medium-high heat for about 15-20 minutes, until the plums are soft and the berries release their juices. Serve with ice cream or yogurt.
