Ingredients:
- 100 g instant pudding powder with vanilla or lemon flavor
- Zest of 1 orange
- 0.5 cup raspberry or blackberry jam
- 1 tart crust, can be found in the baking section
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blackberries or blueberries, optional
- 6 large strawberries, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves, optional
Preparation:
- Prepare the pudding according to package directions and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then stir in the orange zest.
- Spread a thin layer of both types of jam on the surface of the cake. Top with pudding. Garnish with berries and sprinkle with mint leaves, if desired.
