Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 400 g of condensed milk with sugar
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups chopped graham crackers (package 270 gr.)
- 3 ripe mangoes, diced
- Special equipment: 20cm square baking dish.
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, combine the cream, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Beat with a hand mixer until doubled in volume, about 4 minutes.
- Spoon less than 2 cups of the cream into the bottom of a square pan and spread it evenly. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers on top and top with a third of the mango. Continue alternating layers until you have 9 layers total, with the mango on top. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
