Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Mix Brussels sprouts with olive oil, red pepper flakes; season with salt and pepper.

    Place on a baking sheet cut side down, place in a preheated oven at 230°C, and bake until done, 25 - 30 minutes.

    Sprinkle with white wine vinegar and honey.
