- 0.5 tbsp. pumpkin puree
- 0.5 cups of yogurt
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 0.25 tsp pumpkin pie spice (nutmeg, allspice, cloves) or cinnamon
- A drop of vanilla extract
- 1 frozen banana
Preparation:
- Blend milk, pumpkin puree, yogurt, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spices, vanilla and banana.
Exit: 2 tbsp.
