Ingredients:
- 120 g butter, room temperature
- 1/3 cup chopped chives or green onions
- 3 tablespoons of horseradish
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
Preparation:
- Combine the butter, onion, horseradish, salt, and lemon zest in a food processor. Transfer the mixture to a plastic bag or wrap in parchment paper. Place the butter in the freezer and chill until firm. Slice the butter and serve with the roasted meat.
